We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer ready to bring ideas to life across custom residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to all project phases. This position is critical to the success of our studio’s work, with responsibilities spanning all phases of the design process, from initial concept through construction documentation and administration. The ideal candidate will bring both creative insight and technical rigor, contributing meaningfully to the design quality and delivery of every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, models, and presentations in collaboration with the team.

• Create and revise construction documents and architectural drawings.

• Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and site visits.

• Create physical and digital models, 3D renderings, and other visualization assets. 

• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination with contractors.

• Conduct research on materials, products, and local building codes.

• Support permitting efforts and ensure compliance with zoning and code requirements.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of architectural experience in a studio or firm environment.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong skills in 3D visualization and digital rendering.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

• Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.

 

Bonus Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).

• Familiarity with South Florida zoning and building regulations.

• Previous experience on custom homes or boutique commercial projects.
