IAD Miami Design Process
Our process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, budget, and any specific needs.
This is followed by a detailed site analysis and feasibility study to understand the project's context and potential constraints.
Next, we move to the conceptual design phase, where we create preliminary sketches and design concepts. We involve you in this process to ensure the designs align with your expectations.
Once a concept is approved, we develop detailed architectural plans and 3D models (if needed) to provide a comprehensive visualization of the project.
The next stage is to obtain the necessary approvals from local authorities. Our team manages all documentation and communicates with relevant officials to ensure a smooth process. Once plans have been approved by the city, they are now ready for contractor (or runner) to pull all necessary permits and pay fees so you can begin construction phase.
Finally, if the client requires it, we enter the Construction Administration phase where we supervise the project from start to finish to ensure that it adheres to the approved design.
Throughout the process, clear communication, regular updates, and customer feedback are prioritized to achieve a result that responds to space and design needs.
