Principal Architect Germán Espitia is an NCARB-certified, licensed architect in Florida and New York with over 25 years of experience designing residential, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. His career began in New York City, working on complex urban and affordable housing developments in collaboration with the NYC Housing Partnership and local developers. This foundation in large-scale, code-driven projects shaped his practical approach to architecture today, creating designs that are not only thoughtful and functional, but realistic, buildable, and permit-ready.
